We want to build an efficient home, with materials that require the least amount of maintenance.

The Location

We first ask where you want to live.  For example, do you want to be able to walk to downtown Birmingham, Quarton Lake, or the Cranbrook community?  Do you want an estate, or would you prefer a city home?  Based on your answers to these questions, we set out to seek the property that can best accomplish your lifestyle objectives. 

A Meeting of Minds

We then focus on designing your home in the context of this environment.  We know that this home will serve as the center of your lifestyle, from the early morning, when you read a paper in the breakfast area, to the late night, when you seek solace on the balcony of a quiet bedroom suite.  To ensure that it effectively does so, we begin by asking the right questions to realize your vision. 

A Plan

After doing so, we make suggestions and present ideas.  We want to build an efficient home, with materials that require the least amount of maintenance. We will proceed to detail our plan, with each aspect chosen and approved by you.

The Foundation

A commissioned architect proceeds to work with us to draw up a plan, based on the thoughts that you've shared with us.  This process is thorough, as we are designing the home's foundation.  We draft numerous propositions for every component of the structure, including the elevation and interior.  

The Details

With the guidance of our award-winning interior designers, you can now select the details that make the home uniquely yours: colors, tiles, wood flooring, and other finishes that reflect your lifestyle. 

Visualization

Before beginning the construction process, we can create ultra-realistic renderings of key areas within your future home.  By doing so, we are able to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your design selections.

The Implementation

As soon as we have a firm command of your expectations, the construction process begins.  While we welcome your ongoing participation, you will not have to worry about zoning and building codes, permits, and general management.  The developer is an accomplished engineer with decades of large-scale development experience.  He uses this background to personally coordinate and monitor each step of the process. 

The Completion Date

Upon completion, you will join us for a detailed tour of your finished residence.  At this time, we will listen to, and address, any comments, questions, or changes.

Following Up

We offer a two-year, limited warranty for each newly constructed home we build, beginning the moment you move into your new home.  Given that our office is in Birmingham, we will always be close by and eager to help.  Since we build no more than 2-3 homes per year, we have the ability to focus on each individual project and cater to each individual concern.
